Debra K. Evans is the President/CEO of Great Falls Teachers Federal Credit Union.  

Evans, an Iowa native, has more than 30 years of experience with credit unions, banking and insurance.  She had a long career with Norwest Corporation in Omaha and Montana.  Evans graduated with a BSBA (Finance) from the University of Nebraska and also graduated from the Executive Development Program at Pacific Coast BankingSchoolat theUniversityofWashington.

Evans is active in theGreat   Fallscommunity. She has served on the boards of United Way of Cascade County, the Great Falls Symphony Association, the University of Great Falls, and Great Falls Development Authority.  She volunteers with RSVP Commodity Food Program and is active in the Great Falls Chamber. In 2006, she received the Chamber’s Athena Leadership Award. Evans also serves on the College of Great Falls-MSU Dean’s Advisory Committee.

J. C. was born and raised at Wolf Creek, Montana where he operated a ranching operation along with farming interests east of Great Falls until 1999. At that time, along with his wife Charlotte, the ranch was sold and Meadowlark Farms was increased to its present size through the purchase of additional farm land. An instrument rated pilot with privileges in single engine land and single engine sea aircraft, J. C. flies at least three times a week. He also attended Montana State University and served in the Montana Air National Guard. Affiliations include the Montana Pilots Assn. (past president of the GTF hangar), Experimental Aircraft Assn., Aircraft Owners and Pilots Assn. (current airport support network volunteer for GTF), Idaho Aviation Assn., Utah Backcountry Pilots Assn., and the Montana Grain Growers Assn. J. C. and Charlotte have two daughters; Tammy, an air traffic controller at Salt Lake Approach who will soon be transferring to Billings as a supervisor and Courtney who works at the Sletten Cancer Institute as a Radiation Therapist.

Mr. Morin, a Great Falls native and graduate of Great Falls High and Gonzaga University, has been active in public and private business development for the last 30 years. He worked for Arthur Anderson in Seattle Washington before moving into private enterprise. He founded a successful multi-state distribution company, which offered specialty chemicals, environmental sanitation products, and personal care items in 5 states for a Fortune 500 company. As president, he developed one of the fastest growing companies of its kind serving commercial and industrial facilities with a significant measure of growth sourced from providing products and services to hospitals and nursing homes. He served as President of Great Falls Capital Corporation and Energy West Resources, Inc. here in Great Falls. Currently he serves as Managing Director of Shell Trading Gas and Power in Montana offering energy services and supply to to vast array of customer/client groups including industrial, commercial, health care, and governmental facilities.

Owen Robinson

Owen was born and raised in Great Falls graduating from Great Falls High (the only public high school in Great Falls at the time). He graduated from the University of Puget Sound and did graduate work at University of Montana and UCLA. After working for the Defense Department as a government auditor for eight years in Los Angeles, he returned to Great Falls in 1976. He is currently President and CEO of both Lumber Yard Supply Co. and Flawless Auto Body. He has served the community in a volunteer capacity through many organizations and capacities over the past 32 years. He also taught computer classes at what is now MSU College of Technology. Most recently, his time has been devoted toward local economic development. Owen is married to Gayle and they have two children: Brooks Robinson, a cinematographer and stedicam operator in the film industry in Los Angeles, and Christy Austin, a day manager for a local restaurant in Great Falls. They have three grand-children.

Great Falls native Brad Talcott grew up in the construction industry.  For nearly 30 years he has been president of James Talcott Construction, a company started by his grandfather and continued by his father.  Brad is also a property developer and is currently developing West Bank One, which features a hotel, brewery, pub and coffee shop, along with an upscale Asian-fusion restaurant.  Office space is also planned for the area.  Brad is an instrument-rated pilot who has been flying for more than 25 years.

A Korean veteran with the USAF, Joe graduated from the University of Great Falls with a BS and has worked in the community as a natural gas engineer, teacher and businessman for many years. Joe served in the Montana House of Representatives for 15 years and was a Montana State Senator, a member of the Police Commission for the City of Great Falls, the Montana Board of Veteran Affairs, and the Employer Support of the Guard and Reserve Agency.

Airport Director 
John Faulkner

John Faulkner has over sixteen years of progressively responsible airport experience. As Airport Director since June of 2010, John is responsible for overseeing the daily operation of the Great Falls International Airport. John is also an active member of the American Association of Airport Executives and has served on the organization’s national Finance Committee since 2003. He also completed the organization’s Accredited Airport Executive Program (A.A.E.) in 2005.

Prior to joining the Great Falls International Airport, John served as the Assistant Aviation Director for Planning and Development at the Colorado Springs Airport. John oversaw all planning, environmental, construction and leasing at the Airport. During the four years that John held this position, he oversaw approximately $150 million in capital project construction and he completed negotiation of the first two projects in the Airport Business Park, resulting in over 200,000 square feet of Class A office space.

John served over six years as the Manager of Aviation Business Development at Seattle-Tacoma International Airport. Among other responsibilities, he oversaw the airport’s air cargo line of business and led this business segment to record international freight volumes. John negotiated new lease and concession agreements that generated over $3 million in annual revenue. He also negotiated property acquisitions totaling approximately $20 million.

From 1994 to 1999, Faulkner served as an airport consultant with PB Aviation and Landrum & Brown. During his consulting career, Faulkner participated in the planning, financing and development of more than $1 billion in airport infrastructure projects.

John Faulkner is a graduate of the University of Cincinnati, where he earned a Bachelor of Business Administration with dual concentrations in Accounting and Finance.
